An unrested tequila. We take pride in every step of our production process, carefully sourcing only the best ingredients to produce a spirit that requires no resting. Like many tequila aficionados, we recommend this expression as the true natural taste of our storied terrior.

This “unrested Tequila” (some blancos do spend short periods in oak barrels) has a bold, fresh tomato and herb scent. The silky, almost viscous palate starts with a minty punch, plus honey and jalapeño sizzle midpalate, and finishes herbaceous, grassy and light, with just a touch of black pepper heat as it drifts off the tongue.

Production Notes
We only use fully mature agave aged over 7 years, ensuring each agave’s Brix level (sugar content) meets our high standards.

Our Blanco is unrested, never touching a barrel, so that the rich flavor of agave can be fully appreciated.
