Chopin Vodka Family Reserve

The potatoes used to produce this vodka, were grown in 2016 and picked earlier than usual. After distillation, the vodka was rested for two years in fifty-year-old Polish oak barrels. This results in a very exquisite vodka. Incredibly subtle hints of sweet sugars and earthiness mingle with anise and oak.

The mouthfeel is perfect. The vodka is crisp and clean without being a bore. A real gem. A delicate earthy sweetness followed by understated notes of licorice and clove.
