Carmel Chardonnay Private Collection 2011

Hints of apple and pear on the nose, creamy smooth texture and pleasant finish.This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in the Zichron Yaacov region. The wine is part aged in small oak barrels for four months, but the majority is un-oaked to preserve the freshness. It has a tropical fruit aroma, a tinge of green apple and a clean acidity.
