Cabernet Sauvignon 'Bar'On Vineyard', Yarden [Golan Heights Winery] 2019

Plum, cedar wood, oak, chocolate smoke, pepper and spices notes.  Full body with medium tannins and acidity.

Long smoke, jam, pepper and spices finish.  amazing wine, complex with long finish. Initially so-so, but after few hours of decanting starts to show up its true potential. Easily could handle another 10 years of aging.
