The aeration softens the profile even more. This one is delicate, natural, without showiness, still on a soft vegetal. The cachaça remains in mind, with a soft and slightly spicy cane, as well as aromatics and exotic wood essences. There's a sweetness of toasted cornbread or sandwich bread, which is quite surprising but pleasant. The idea of a fine, delicate gingerbread is also gaining ground.

The palate is very smooth and vegetal, quite straight. We then start to see the cane in detail: citrus fruits and white pepper, a little less spice, an artisanal white rum with a moderate fermentation. The palate is relatively simple, delicate and nice, just golden with some spices and vegetal.
