Binyamina Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from a mature vineyard near Kerem Ben Zimra, situated at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level.

The mild climate, which is marked by especially cool nights and sweltering, dry days, enables the grapes to develop optimum aromas while maintaining excellent acidity levels.
