Binyamina Cabernet Sauvignon Yogev 2017

This wine is made of 80% Cabernet/ 20% Petit Verdot. It exhibits bold color, rich structure with red fruit aromas. Full bodied, slightly herbal, fruity, blackberries on the palate. Long, smooth and elegant finish. Best served with light meat dishes such as veal schnitzel and seafood baked in olive oil and herbs and rich ripe cheeses.

This inky-purple-colored wine has a nose of pomegranate, cherry and orange zest. There is a sense of sophistication on the palate, with rich tannins and flavors of black currant, raspberry, milk chocolate, flint and coffee. You will be reaching for another sip as the blueberry finish tapers off.
