Binyamina Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot Yogev 2012

Yogev Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot is made from 80% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Galilee and the Golan Heights, and 20% Petit Verdot from our vineyards on the Gilboa. These two varieties were combined for the first time ever in a 2006 vintage. The color and flavor intensity of the Petit Verdot enhances the wine and takes it to an original and surprising level.

Mouthfilling, with firm, fresh and flavorful notes of boysenberry, dried currant and red plum. Offers lots juiciness and spice midpalate, with a long finish of vanilla and milk chocolate. Kosher.

Cabernet Sauvignon pairs nicely with foods high in fat and protein, including steak, duck, and game. It's a great complement to hearty stews, ribs, and dark, rich sauces.
