Barkan Pinot Noir Classic 2018

The wine is marked by soft, yet palpable tannin, with a fresh almost strawberry aroma with hints of black cherries and mint. Barkan Pinot Noir's medium body and crisp finish goes well with grilled salmon or veal, and is best served at a cool room temperature.

Deep garnet to the eye, this wine has a bouquet of black plums, clove and toast. There is a bit of tension on the palate with moderate acidity, taut tannins and flavors of cranberry, pomegranate and dark chocolate.
