Delicate fruit and liveliness combine for this subtle and soft wine that will prove itself on romantic occasions. The Pommery Brut Rose is full of finesse and freshness and, dressed in a gown of luxurious pink, hints of salmon shine through it, with fine bubbles rising to the surface with assuring persistence. One thing the nose of the Pommery Brut pink will do is sing with notes of red berries and glow with fullness. This sweetness is accompanied by a feeling of freshness that leads into a palate that is bold butnot too overpowering.
Color: Old rose brushed with rust
Exciting by day and romantic at night. It plies its unique charm as an apéritif, wonderfully accompanies a meal of white meat or shellfish, and blooms in harmony with a dessert based on red fruit.Brut Rosé is produced according to the same principles of blending as all the other Pommery Champagnes. But its color comes from a lightly crushed and vinified Pinot Noir, specially selected in the Pommery vineyards for its maturity. Blended with other Pinot Noir crus (more than one-third), Meunier and Chardonnay and vinified in the traditional method, it acquires its subtle rose color and fruity character in aging. Three years are needed to allow it to develop the inimitable characteristics of a Pommery Rosé.
