Intensely brilliant and pure in both its ruby red color and aromatics, the wine shows a fresh strawberry, raspberry and cherry character. On the palate, dry yet fruity, round, fresh and lively notes are delectably harmonious. Acidity and tannins are perfectly balanced and the finish is clean.
Delicious with cured pork meats such as salami or mortadella or a variety of pasta dishes such as tortellini or lasagna.
Lambrusco deservedly award-winning for at least a decade, has a beautiful intense ruby red color, very bright. The nose reveals intense notes of fresh red fruit, strawberries, raspberries and cherries; the great olfactory cleanliness is appreciated, accompanied by intensity and persistence. In the mouth it is dry but at the same time fruity, round, fresh, lively and pleasantly harmonious; very clean wine, with a great balance between acidity and tannins.
