Available from Wine Chateau at great savings, this Grande Champagne cognac is mature, full-bodied and generous. Like its maker, it wears its age well, and it's been aged for at least 15 years in Maison Prunier's damp cellars. Made from 100 percent Grande Champagne eaux de vie produced from the vines of chalky soil, this cognac exhibits a deep golden brown color. With a nose redolent of fresh leather, nutmeg and hazelnuts with hints of toffee, Maison Prunier Cognac XO starts light and balanced in the mouth before the powerful, complex strains of Grande Champagne take over, followed by a long, clean finish. It's the perfect after-dinner drink.
