Drappier Champagne Brut Nature Zero Dosage

Champagne made of 100% Pinot Noir, with only one nondestructive pressing. No expedition liqueur added. It contains only the natural residual sugar, which amounts to less than 2 g/bottle. Classic French champagne. A pure reflection of the tradition.

Sight
Gold colour with hints of pink. Vivid foam with thin and persistent bubbles.
Nose
Aromas of fresh red grape just crushed. The notes of red fruit, white fruit (apple) and citrus come along with notes of bakery and herbal touches. Very subtle aromas.
Taste
Large attack. The notes of fruit (vine peach) and aromatic herbs appear vividly. Good presence of acidity. Excellent persistence. Slightly spicy notes are noticed in the finish. It is not completely dry, even if it does not contain expedition liqueur. A very elegant and fine champagne.
