Domaine de Bois Moze Cremant de Loire

The first nose is delicate and very fresh (pebble, lemon), then it is more talkative through a small biscuit tip after aeration. We find this in the mouth within a compact texture, built by the time on slats, illustrated by small and nervous bubbles. The envelope is reminiscent of grapefruit aromas, chenin blanc is captured, this crémant is both upright and charming. 

A success already mentioned in the Guide Revel 2013 which confirms here its presence among the excellent sparkling Loire.
