Ame du Vin Cotes de Provence Rose 2021

Medium salmon colored. Crsip and Dry. Strawberry, orange, grapefruit and jasmine flowers on the nose. Fruity on the palate, with strawberry, grapefruit, wet stone and a dab of sweet orange on the palate. Slightly off dry. Medium acidity. 

Pair it with salads and green vegetables.
