The 2018 Estate Malbec, now with 100% of the grapes from Valle de Uco (Campo de los Andes), fermented in concrete vats, with half of the volume aged in lightly toasted used oak barrels for 12 months. It's varietal, juicy and grapey, with unnoticeable oak, round and lush, with ripe tannins and flavors. Approachable and easy to drink. A good value Malbec. 400,000 bottles produced.
Deep red color with ruby hues. Intense in nose, with ripe red fruit aroma, such as plum, and spices. It is round, silky and has great concentration in mouth. Pairs well with red meat, preferably medium rare. Typical Argentinean asado. Pasta with tomato or cream based sauce. Roasted chicken or beef.
