Aguila Tequila Blanco NV 750-6

Aromas of roasted agave and lime with delicate floral notes and bright sweet citrus. The palate is fresh and smooth with flavors
of agave, citrus, and a hint of caramel.

The agaves are slow cooked in traditional brick ovens and crushed with a tahona stone made of local volcanic rock. The fermentations are natural and the spirit is double distilled in copper pot stills (a rarity in tequila). Rested for three months prior to bottling the finished Tequila is round, luscious and reaching a level of complexity rarely seen in the Lowlands.
