135 East Gin Dry Hyogo

135 East Hyogo Dry Gin from The Kaikyo Distillery is named for the Akashi Meridian, which runs past the distillery in Akashi city at 135 degrees east longitude. It boasts a boatload of Japanese botanicals, with cedar wood, shiso leaf, chrysanthemum, sansho pepper and yuzu! Citrus and spice intertwine beautifully in this fragrant gin.

A burst of tangy yuzu citrus, with fiery ginger, warming chilli spice, pine and earthy juniper, leading into a clean citrus finish.

A dry Gin with botanicals sourced from local Japanese farmers, distilled separately to preserve their characteristics. In final step of distillation, Sake is added, adding a soft sweetness. Hints of citrus from Yuzu and spicy notes from sansho peppers awakens your senses.
